李丹枫 副教授
中央财经大学社会与心理学院副教授、博士生导师、心理系副主任
专业方向：决策心理学，神经经济学，发展与教育心理学
研究主题：风险行为，风险决策
研究兴趣：
1）青少年风险行为的发生机制：聚焦消极冒险（如校园欺凌）和积极冒险等，系统考察感觉寻求、自我调控等个体因素与同伴、家庭等环境因素的作用；
2）情绪与风险决策的神经机制：解析焦虑、恐惧、愤怒、共情等情绪对风险决策的影响，综合运用行为实验、计算建模、EEG、神经调控、fNIRS 多模态技术开展研究；
3）组织风险行为干预：立足管理心理学视角，围绕职场风险决策与员工工作行为，挖掘生命意义感、成长型思维等积极心理资源的缓冲效应，开发并检验标准化干预方案。
